📸 Document the damage
- Snap photos or videos of every visible mold area
- Note musty smells, leaks, floods, or plumbing issues

- Cover roof damage with a tarp to block further intrusion

- No scrubbing, wiping, or vacuuming—this spreads spores
- Do not use fans to dry things out—this also spreads spores
